BEST EVER MEXICAN DIP 
2 med. avocados (mash and add 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 1/2 tsp. salt and a Dash of pepper)
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 pkg. taco seasoning
1/4 c. mayonnaise

Mix above 3 ingredients together.

10 oz. can of jalapeno bean dip

Spread bean dip on dish, spread avocado mix on top and then sour cream mixture on top of that. Chop scallions and put in ring around top. Add rings of chopped black olives, chopped tomatoes and then cover with grated cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese. Serve with corn chips.
