CHICKEN CORDON BLEU | |
1 can cheddar cheese soup 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast 6 slices boiled ham 6 slices Swiss cheese or American Salt, pepper, paprika Pound flat chicken breast, layer chicken with slice of ham and cheese and roll. Put the cheddar cheese soup in the bottom of a baking dish, place rolled chicken breast in baking dish. Salt, pepper and sprinkle on paprika as desired. Cover and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees, then turn off oven, cover and let set in oven for 5 to 10 minutes for sauce to thicken. To serve, pour cheese sauce over rice and broccoli and chicken. |
