TWENTY ONE DAY SALAD 
1 lg. head cabbage, chip fine or shred
2 med. green peppers, chip fine or shred
1 med. onion, chip fine or shred
1 lg. carrot, chip fine or shred
2 c. sugar
1 c. white vinegar
2 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. mustard seed
1 tbsp. celery seed

Heat sugar, vinegar, salt, mustard seed and celery seed until sugar is dissolved. Cool before adding to shredded vegetables. Refrigerate.
