SALMON LOAF 
1 (16 oz.) can salmon (2 c.)
2 eggs
1 sm. onion, chopped (2 tbsp.)
1 tbsp. BLAIR lemon flavoring
1/2 c. milk
2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of BLAIR black pepper

Mix salmon and eggs; add onion, flavoring, milk and soft bread crumbs. Add salt and pepper if desired. Mix well; pack in greased baking dish and bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or until brown on top.
