CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM PIE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi sweet chocolate morsels
1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened
1 (9") graham cracker crust

Combine chocolate morsels, evaporated milk and marshmallows in a heavy saucepan. Cook over medium heat until marshmallows melt, stirring constantly; cool.

Layer half each of ice cream and sauce in graham cracker crust; repeat layers.

Cover and freeze until firm. Let stand at room temperature 5 minutes before serving. NOTE: It is better to chill graham cracker crust before filling.
