CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt (or less)
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
1 can refrigerated quick crescent rolls
4 Mozzarella cheese slices, or shredded to cover
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. water

Brown ground beef in skillet. Drain off fat. Add onion, salt, pepper and 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning and 1 can tomato paste or sauce.

Unroll and separate dough into eight triangles. Place in ungreased 9 inch pie pan pressing pieces together for crust. Put meat mixture into unbaked crust and top with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees 23 to 30 minutes. Serve with sauce made by combining second can of paste or sauce, butter, water and remaining 1/4 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, and heat to boiling.
