CAJUN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 bell pepper, diced
1/2 onion, diced
1 sm. jar mushrooms
1 (12 oz.) Sharp cheese, grated
1 (10 oz.) sack tortilla chips
1 (16 oz.) jar salsa (hot or mild)
1 can mushroom soup
1 sm. can tomato sauce
4 dashes of Cajun Magic (found in seafood section)
Pepper
No salt

Cook beef; drain. Mix pepper, onion, mushrooms, salsa, soup, sauce and spices. Pour meat on top of chips in 9 x 11 inch pan; then add sauce mixture. Add more chips and top with cheese. Can add some cheese to mixture.
