PAN COATING 
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. plain flour
1/4 c. Crisco, or other all vegetable shortening
1/4 c. cooking oil, all vegetable

Mix all ingredients together really well. Store at room temperature or refrigerate and warm a few seconds in microwave to soften when ready to use. Spread on cake pans with a pastry brush. Eliminates "greasing and flouring". Cool layer cakes 5 minutes before turning out of pan. Cool tube pan cakes 10 minutes before turning out.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
