MEDITERRANEAN STUFFED POTATO 
4 baking potatoes (8 oz. each), scrubbed & pierced
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 c. basic marinara sauce
1/4 c. chopped can black olives
1 tsp. leaf oregano, crumbled
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 c. lowfat plain yogurt

Bake potatoes in preheated hot oven (400 degrees) for 45 to 60 minutes or until done. Cook beef, onion and garlic in non-stick skillet over medium heat 5 minutes until browned, breaking up meat. Add sauce, olives, oregano and cinnamon. Simmer until hot.

Puncture potatoes across lengthwise with fork. Press ends together and push up potato. Top each with 1 tablespoon yogurt. Divide meat mixture evenly among potatoes.
