4 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, whipped 2 eggs, beaten 2 tsp. vanilla 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. lemon juice TOPPING: 1 c. sour cream 1 tsp. vanilla 3 1/2 tbsp. sugar Blend ingredients. CRUST: 12-14 graham crackers, finely crumbled 1/4 c. melted butter Mix together and pat into 9 inch pie pan. Combine filling ingredients and beat until light and frothy. Pour into graham cracker crust and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and cool 5 minutes. Slowly pour topping over pie and return to oven for 10 minutes. Refrigerate at least 5 hours before serving. |
