3 c. sweet potatoes, grated (2 lg. sweet potatoes)
2 c. milk
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter

Mix together and cook in a moderate oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
