MONKEY BREAD 
1 egg
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 pkg. yeast
1 c. lukewarm milk
1 tsp. salt
3 1/2 c. plain flour
1 stick butter

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Beat eggs, sugar and vegetable oil. Then add yeast, milk, salt and flour (1 cup at a time). Let rise until size doubled. Put in refrigerator and allow to set overnight. Take out next day and let set 1 hour. Then roll out to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut strips 1 x 4 inches.

Melt butter and dip strips in butter before placing them in ungreased Bundt pan. Layer strips and disperse evenly. Pour remaining butter over top before baking. Let rise about 30 minutes to 1 hour and bake 20 minutes. Serves 6-8.
