PALM OF CAESAR SALAD 
1 lg. head Romaine, chilled
1 can hearts of palm, chilled
1 sm. red onion, chilled
2 c. Home Style Caesar croutons
1 tbsp. lemon pepper
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Salad dressing I

Clean Romaine and tear in bite size pieces. Pat dry. Cut the hearts of palm across in circles. Add to the Romaine. Cut red onions in slices and dice in chunky pieces and add to salad. Sprinkle lemon pepper and toss to mix ingredients. Add salad dressing, Parmesan cheese and croutons and toss until completely coated.
