CAESAR SALAD DRESSING 
4 cloves garlic, minced
2/3 c. salad oil
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can anchovies, drained and chopped
2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
4 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine all ingredients and shake vigorously. Unused portion can be refrigerated in airtight container.
