CHERRY COBBLER 
4 c. fresh or frozen unsweetened pitted tart cherries
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1 tbsp. quick cooking Tapioca
1 tbsp. butter

BISCUIT TOPPER:

1 c. flour
2 tbsp. granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. butter
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. milk

Mix egg and milk together. Then pour into other mixture. Spoon on cherries; makes 6 servings. Use an 8 x 8 x 1 1/2 inch pan. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes.
