HAM AND CHEESE BREAD 
2 c. biscuit mix
1 c. chopped cooked ham
2/3 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
3 tbsp. instant minced onion
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 tsp. prepared mustard
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
3 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. sesame seeds (optional)

Combine first 7 ingredients and 3/4 cup cheese in medium bowl; stir well. Pour batter into a greased 10-inch pie pan. Drizzle butter over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.

Top with remaining 3/4 cup cheese and sesame seeds, bake an additional 5 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve warm.
