MACARONI CASSEROLE - TEENAGE
FILLER
 
1 lb. hamburger
3/4 c. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced or garlic salt to taste
Salt & pepper to taste
2 1/2-3 c. macaroni
1 can tomato soup or 2 cans tomato sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can Cheddar cheese soup or 1 1/2 grated Cheddar cheese

Optional canned mushroom pieces may be added. Also small can corn. All ingredient amounts can be varied according to what you have on hand.

Cook macaroni until tender, 8-10 minutes in 4 quart boiling water; drain. Pour into large casserole. In large skillet, brown hamburger, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. (If not lean meat, some grease should be drained.) Add soups (and grated cheese if using). Simmer until well heated. Stir into macaroni and casserole.

Heat in 350 degree oven about 20 minutes or in microwave until thoroughly heated. Great leftover for refrigerator raiders! Flavor improves with every warm up!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
