1 egg
3/4 c. sugar
3 heaping tbsp. flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. raw chopped apples
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. cream, whipped

Beat egg well and add sugar, beating until light and creamy. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt and add to egg mixture. Blend well. Fold in apples, nuts and vanilla.

Pour into greased, paper-lined dish. Bake in slow oven at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
