GRAHAM BISCUITS 
1 c. white flour
3 c. graham flour*
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. Crisco
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sour milk or buttermilk or 1 c. plain yogurt & 1 c. whole milk

*May use whole wheat flour instead of graham flour.

Dump all the ingredients in a large bowl. use your hands to mix well. Turn out on well-floured surface, adding a little more flour as you roll it out with rolling pin. Roll about 1 inch thick. cut in rounds or squares and put on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at about 375°F.

Good with fresh strawberries and whipped cream as dessert.

May split cold biscuits, spread with butter, and toast in oven. Serve with preserves.
