YUM YUM ICE CREAM KRUNCH | |
2 c. Rice Krispies 1/3 c. butter, melted 1/4 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. coconut 5 Hershey bars 1 qt. vanilla ice cream 1-2 tsp. milk Combine the Rice Krispies, butter, brown sugar and coconut. Spread half of the mixture in a 9 x 9 inch pan. Cover with a 3/4 inch layer of vanilla ice cream. Melt the chocolate bars and add a little milk to thin if necessary. Pour the melted chocolate over the ice cream layer. Top with the other half of the Rice Krispies mixture. Cover and freeze until hardened. |
