ARTICHOKE NIBBLES 
2 (6 oz.) jars artichoke hearts, drained & chopped (save 1/2 of marinade)
1 onion, chopped
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
Dash of Tabasco
2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Saute onion and reserved marinade. Combine all ingredients with onion and pour into greased 8" baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes or until firm.
