KAY'S CHEESE BREAD 
1 loaf French or Italian bread
2 blocks Monterey Jack cheese
2 tbsp. poppy seed
1 chopped onion (Vidalia preferred)
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Slice bread. Stick a slice of cheese into each cut. Put in foil. Pour butter, lemon juice, onion, poppy seed mixture over bread. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts. Yummy!
