OPEN FACE PEACH PIE | |
Fresh peach halves 3/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. flour 2 tbsp. butter Mix sugar, flour and butter and put 1/2 of the mixture in pie shell. Place peach halves in and cover with rest of crumbs. Add 1/4 cup water and 2 tablespoons lemon juice. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. |
