AUNT ANNIE'S PICKLED MUSHROOMS 
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced thin
1 lg. jar pimentos, drained and sliced thin
1 med. onion, sliced thin
1 green pepper, sliced thin
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. Crisco oil or canola oil
Salt, pepper and sugar to taste

Mix all well and let stand overnight. Doubles beautifully for potluck dinners or picnics.
