MEXICAN CHEF SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can drained kidney beans
1 head shredded lettuce
1 pkg. med. cheddar cheese, cubed
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 bag taco flavored chips
1 tbsp. (or more) taco sauce
1 (8 oz.) bottle, 1000 Island dressing

Brown beef and onion. Add kidney beans. Mix rest of ingredients and add to hot mixture.
