BUTTER SHORTBREAD COOKIES 
1 lb. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar (Domino)
2 egg yolks
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour

In a large mixing bowl cream sugar and butter until well mixed. Add egg yolks and vanilla and continue mixing. Add flour one cup at a time until all 4 cups are added. Dump on an ungreased 17 x 11 cookie sheet press down evenly. Using a fork make holes all over cookies. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes until golden brown.
