MOCHA MALTED COFFEE COOLER 
1 c. cold water
1 tbsp. instant coffee
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. light or whipping cream
3 tbsp. instant chocolate malted milk powder
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. ice cubes
Whipped cream (optional)

In a blender container combine water, coffee granules, milk, cream, instant malted milk powder, and sugar. Cover and blend until smooth. Add ice cubes. Cover and blend until ice is crushed. Pour into chilled glasses. Top with whipped cream, if desired. Serve immediately. Makes 4 (6 ounce) servings.
