PORK CHOPS WITH HAWAIIAN RICE 
4 lean loin or center cut pork chops, cut 1/2 inch thick
Salt and pepper
1 c. uncooked reg. rice
3/4 c. green pepper, chopped
2 cans (8 oz. each) tomato sauce with onions
1 can (13 1/4 oz.) pineapple tidbits, undrained
1 c. water
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt

Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper. In skillet brown chops well on both sides; pour off fat. Add rice, green pepper, tomato sauce, undrained pineapple tidbits, water, vinegar and salt; mix well. Simmer, tightly covered, for 45 minutes or until rice is tender. Serves 4.
