PINEAPPLE BUTTERMILK SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. apricot Jello
1 sm. flat crushed can pineapple
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1 (4 oz.) size Cool Whip
4 tbsp. sugar, added to Jello

Heat Jello and pineapple until dissolved. Add buttermilk and Cool Whip. Refrigerate until jelled.
