FABULOUS CARROT CAKE 
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
4 eggs
2 c. shredded carrots
1 c. ground raisins
2 tsp. vanilla

3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda

Mix all above ingredients until well blended. Bake in 9x13 greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees until tests done (approximately 45 minutes).

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. soft butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar (or the amount that gives correct consistency to spread)

Mix until creamy; spread on cooled cake.
