VEGETABLE RELISH 
3/4 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1 c. sugar or sweeten to taste with sugar substitute
1 can (1 lb.) French style beans
1 can (1 lb.) white corn
1 tsp. salt, or to taste
1 tsp. pepper, or to taste
1 (1 lb.) cans peas and baby onions
1 sm. jar pimento

Drain the vegetables. Mix first 5 ingredients and pour over drained vegetables. Let refrigerate overnight. Will keep several weeks.
