QUICK VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 boxes frozen veggies (any kind or combination)
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. mayonnaise
Ritz cracker crumbs
Butter

Cook vegetables until just tender and drain. Mix with others and put in casserole and top with cracker or crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
