KAHLUA SHEATH CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 stick butter
1 c. water
2 tbsp. instant coffee
1 tbsp. Nestle's Quick
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. baking soda
Chopped pecans; optional

Sift flour and sugar together; place aside. Heat in pan: butter, water, instant coffee, and Nestle's Quick and oil. Pour over flour and sugar mixture while hot. Mix thoroughly then add: vanilla, eggs, buttermilk, and soda.

Pour mixture into greased and floured 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.

ICING:

2 c. powdered sugar
1 stick butter
5 tsp. Nestle's Quick

Mix powdered sugar, melted butter and Nestle's Quick. Add Kahlua to make mixture thin enough to pour over cake. Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
