CREAMY FRUIT SALAD 
2 lg. egg yolks (or 3 med.)
Dash of salt
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. pineapple juice
1 tbsp. butter

Combine first 7 ingredients in small saucepan. Cook and stir on low heat until thick. Cool thoroughly. Fold in 1 (8 ounce) container of Cool Whip.

Add: 2 c. pineapple tidbits, drained (use juice in sauce) 1 sm. can mandarin oranges, drained 1/2 jar maraschino cherries, cut in half 1/2 c. toasted slivered almonds 2 c. mini marshmallows

Chill for 24 hours.
