TACO SALAD 
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 oz. env. ranch dressing
1 lb. ground beef
1 env. taco seasoning
1 c. water
1/2 to whole 8 oz. bag tortilla chips
1/2 c. cheddar cheese
1 head lettuce
2 lg. tomatoes
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. pitted black olives, sliced and drained

Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and dressing mix. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Brown ground beef, add taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 15 minutes. Combine cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, celery, and olives. Just before serving add crunched up tortilla chips. Add hot ground beef and mix. Serve hot. Great for cookouts.
