BAKED CHICKEN PARMESAN 
2 1/2 - 3 lb. fryer, cut up and skinned
3/4 c. Miracle Whip light reduced calorie salad dressing
1 c. Corn Flake crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Dash salt and pepper

Brush chicken with salad dressing; coat with combined remaining ingredients. Place in 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour or until tender. Makes 3 to 4 servings.
