JOAN'S RHUBARB COBBLER | |
6 c. sliced rhubarb 5 tbsp. flour 2 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 3 eggs (beaten) 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 2 c. flour 3 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. Crisco (then pour in milk to measure 1 c.) Mix items in first column together and place in a 9x13 pan. Mix ingredients in second column. Drop this mixture by a spoon over the rhubarb mixture in pan. Sprinkle a little bit of sugar on top of each biscuit. Bake in preheated oven, 350 degrees, for 40-45 minutes. |
