BAKED PINEAPPLE BREAD PUDDING | |
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple 4 c. torn soft bread crumbs in bite size pieces 3 eggs 2 c. sugar 1/4 c. milk 1/2 c. butter Place all ingredients in bowl; mix together. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole or oven proof dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. 8 servings. |
