BUTTERSCOTCH PIE 
2 2/3 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. flour
Pinch of salt
1 can Carnation milk (do not substitute with another brand of milk)
1 c. water
4 egg yolks

Mix together the flour and brown sugar. Make sure there are no lumps. Beat the egg yolks. Add the remaining ingredients and cook on top of the stove until thickened. When it is partially cooled, add a piece of butter the size of an egg.
