BUTTERSCOTCH PIE 
2 c. brown sugar
2 c. milk
3 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. butter
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter and brown sugar over low heat. Add flour, beat egg yolks and mix small amount butter and sugar into eggs; add milk, cook, stirring constantly until smooth and thick. Add vanilla. Pour into baked shell. Cover with meringue and brown in slow oven. Make meringue from egg whites and powdered sugar.
