CHOCOLATE CAKE WITH HUNGARIAN
FROSTING
 
CAKE:

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
6 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. butter
2 c. boiling water
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix dry ingredients. Add butter and water; beat. Add eggs and vanilla; beat. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

FROSTING:

4 oz. chocolate (pre-melted pouches)
2 1/4 c. confectioners sugar
1/4 c. hot water
1 egg
6 tbsp. butter

Beat all together.
