FOUR LAYER DELIGHT 
CRUST:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix well and put into 9"x13" pan. Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool.

2ND LAYER:

1 c. Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar

Beat well until creamy. Spread over crust; refrigerate for 15 to 30 minutes.

3RD LAYER:

3 c. cold milk
2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkgs. vanilla instant pudding

Blend well. Pour on top of 2nd layer; refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes.

TOP: Use remainder of large size Cool Whip to spread on third layer. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
