RICE PUDDING 
3 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. sugar or 3 tsp. Sweet & Low (diabetic)
3 c. milk
Dash of salt
2 c. cooked rice
1 c. raisins
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of nutmeg on top

Combine all ingredients and put in a greased dish. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Cover with foil to warm leftovers in oven.
