HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
3 c. cooked chicken, cut into bite size
1/2 c. chopped almonds
1 tbsp. minced onions
1 1/2 c. diced celery
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips

Combine first 6 ingredients and pour into casserole. Sprinkle with cheese, then potato chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. This is good as a main dish casserole with a salad and vegetable.
