SEAFOOD MONICA 
1 lb. pasta - Angel Hair
3/4 lb. butter
3/4 c. chopped scallions
1 lb. peeled shrimp
1 pt. light cream
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash white pepper

Melt butter in frying pan and add scallions. Saute for a few minutes. Add seasonings and shrimp. Cook on low heat until shrimp becomes firm and changes color. Add cream and bring to boil. Lower heat and cook until sauce thickens. Prepare pasta according to package and drain. Combine pasta with sauce and serve.

This was a nice simple recipe. I added garlic and used half and half. It did not require as much butter as indicated. I would certainly make this again.
