THOUSAND ISLAND DRESSING 
1 (8 oz.) plain low-fat yogurt
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. chili sauce or ketchup
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. finely chopped bell pepper
1 clove fresh garlic, finely chopped or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Combine all ingredients in bowl, stir well. Chill about 2 hours before using.
