BOUILLI 
3 lb. bouilli meat, cut in pieces
1 chuck steak, cut in pieces
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 can tomato sauce
Salt
Black pepper
Red pepper

Put all meat into a large gumbo pot. Add enough water to cover meat generously. Set on fire and cook until water starts to boil. Add onion, tomato sauce and salt, black and red pepper. Lower fire and cook for about 2 hours. Add water and more seasoning if necessary while cooking. Serve over rice in gumbo plates.
