SAUSAGE, HAMBURGER AND CHEESE SNACKS | |
2 lbs. ground hamburger 2 lbs. mild or hot sausage 2 lbs. Velveeta cheese Chopped onion, to taste Tabasco sauce Worcestershire sauce 3-4 loaves of cocktail rye bread Heat oven to 400 degrees. Fry hamburger and sausage separately and drain. Mix meat together and add cheese. Add chopped onion, dash of Tabasco and Worcestershire sauces. Place mixture on cocktail rye bread slices. Freeze on a cookie sheet for 5-10 minutes. Place in sealed storage containers and keep frozen until ready to use. Bake for 10 minutes. |
