VINEGAR PIE 
1 egg
1 heaping tbsp. flour
1 scant c. sugar
1 scant c. water
1 tbsp. vinegar

Line a pie dish with pastry. Beat egg lightly, mix with flour and sugar. Mix water with vinegar and nutmeg. Add to egg yolk and flour mixture. Pour into pie shell and cover with top crust. Bake in 375 degree oven about 45 minutes. Makes one 8 inch pie.
