1 lb. hot sausage
1 sm. jar Cheez Whiz
3 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. milk

Thoroughly combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Shape into 1 inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet, spaced 2-3 inches apart. Bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. May be partially baked and frozen. Then bring to thawed state and finish baking. Serves 40 (125 balls).
